Every once in a while, my family craves something other than the traditional chocolate chip cookie – and this sweet little cookie fits the bill perfectly. It’s moist and chewy with just a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. I always keep the golden raisins in (I think they pair well with the white chocolate) but you can leave them out if you’re not a raisin fan.
Give these a try when you’re up for something new.
