Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

These Blondie bars (we also call them Tongo Bars) are perfect for when the whole soccer team unexpectedly shows up or a bunch of cousins come over for game night. Everyone loves them, they mix up fast and bake for 25 minutes.

You can make these a little fancier by adding nuts or white chocolate chips (details in the notes.) Either way, these Blondie Cookie Bars disappear fast!

  1. Love these! Also, sometimes I make this recipe but put the dough on partially cooked brownie mix then finish cooking it all to make a cookie brownie thing that is quite a crowd pleaser.
