Williams-Sonoma – When I started cooking, I used Chuck Williams’ 
The Williams-Sonoma Cookbook and Guide to Kitchenware to help setup my kitchen. Over the years, I’ve bought and used over half a dozen of Chuck’s cookbooks and still count many of his recipes among my all-time favorites that are regular requests for birthday dinners and party appetizers.
Sur la Table – I love the eclectic stores of Sur la Table where I can wander and find all kinds of really cool gadgets that are generally crammed into too little space. It seems that there is always something really great on sale that I have been pining over for a few years.
Orson Gygi – Orson Gygi has great people with great advice. They will sell you exotic spices and flavorings in bulk as well as the best of high-end kitchen appliances. They are a great follow on Instagram (@orsongygi) with plenty of great advice and side-by-side tests of cooking products and methods.
